Elmo Domingo Ubanan
Principal Architect.
Elmo has completed his Architecture studies at Cebu Institute of Technology-University in year 2001. He is a licensed and registered member of United Architects of the Philippines and a certified Project Manager by Chicago Management Training Institute.
An experienced Project and Technical Manager, he has been involved on several iconic projects in United Arab Emirates namely Presidential Palace - Abu Dhabi, Etihad Tower - Abu Dhabi, Dubai Opera, Burj Vista - Dubai, Bateen Marina Hotel, various Private Villas & Corporate Offices.
The accumulation of more than 20 years of local and international experience as an Architect and Project Manager has made him the solid foundation of the company.

Isabelle Cabrera
Associate Architect,
Isabelle is a licensed Architect who acquired her Architecture Degree in the University of Southern Philippines in 2003. She worked overseas for over 10 years with international clients and had specialized in Signage & Experiential Graphic Design for over 8 years. The project wherein she participated are amongst the most notable urban projects in the Middle East including theme parks, mixed use developments, hospitals, malls, libraries and cultural centers where she developed wayfinding solutions. She returned to the Philippines in 2016 and pursued her Master’s Degree in Architecture in Urban Design to reinforce her knowledge in Urban Design and Development. She also obtained a certificate in the School of Urban and Regional Planning in the University of The Philippines, Diliman.
Jay Devenadera
Associate Architect
Jay has completed his Degree in Architecture at University of Visayas. He has worked on various well-known design and construction firm in United Arab Emirates & Azerbaijan before settling back in the Philippines to be part of our team.
With a combined solid experience in design, construction both local and abroad, has played a major role in the company operation.
With his diverse experiences and eye-to-detail character, our projects are assured to undergo a thorough process in research and its design development to deliver the best quality possible to our clients.
